Pacejet's carrier integrations are supported as "managed connectors", allowing for continuous and instant upgrades as carriers offer new services or upgraded APIs (application programming interfaces). This allows for real-time integration of freight and parcel services with your ERP, ecommerce, and other business systems.
As just one example of this functionality, Pacejet is pleased to announce an integration upgrade for freight shipping via XPO Logistics, formerly Con-Way, with support for new services, as well as enhanced integration transactions.

Why Customers Choose XPO Logistics

Every state, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are supported with 8,500 tractors and 25,000 trailers. As a global leader, XPO also offers many other freight services for domestic and international shipping.
What's New - XPO Logistics Integration Notes
In addition to the full re-branding of Con-Way to XPO Logistics, the new integration includes improvements such as pick-up requests and tracking. New and enhanced services popular with Pacejet shippers include:
- Guaranteed Class of Service
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Holiday and Weekend Delivery
- Residential Pickup and Delivery
- Excessive Length
- Lift Gate Pickup, and more.
XPO Logistics Carrier Setup
Activating the XPO Logistics integration is similar to activating other freight carriers, including setup for printing XPO bill of lading (XPO BOL) documents, capturing ProNum values, etc. Existing Pacejet customers who already have the XPO Logistics (or Con-Way) integration can request help from support to evaluate their connector version for upgrade or to see if new services are needed.
